Are you looking for an engaging way to teach telling time to the hour in Kindergarten or First grade? If so this product includes an interactive way to have fun practicing telling time to the hour. This product has also been used in Special Education Preschool where children are learning about numbers. Children are highly motivated to bring their cheese with the number on it to feed Mr. Mouse. They also enjoy putting the arrow on on the clocks in the book after feeding Mr. Mouse. This is excellent for reinforcing rhyming as children chant the nursery rhyme with you and encourages speech and language development as well! What is included? The Hickory Dickory Dock Book with Clock. Mini Lesson Plan explaining how to use the book and interactive pieces with students. Twelve pieces of cheese with numbers on them. Twelve arrows to place on the clock. Children bring up their cheese with a number on it when they hear the number read. Two telling time to the hour worksheets which can be included for assessment in Kindergarten and First Grade. I hope you enjoy this resource!
